The patio terrace is perfect for dining al fresco.

The New York Times has described Montreal's Toque! Restaurant as a haute cuisine haven. From what I've heard, the foie gras appetizer and lamb entree are to die for. And the food presentation is second to none. Add a glass of Merlot to that and let's do lunch!

Let's lunch there, Ken! I'd have the Salmon with the Maple Syrup Confit! C'est fun! Maybe some vino blanco with salmon and don't forget the dessert menu!
bon mardi et bonne journee!

Great sign and patio. I had seen the recipe in the Globe and thought it sounded good then - maybe I'll try it now!

Oh my! I have only been to Montreal once and I ate there! It was in a very, very small space and only seated about 15 at the time. It was fabulous (and expensive). The exchange rate was excellent for Americans at the time. I still get their emails and love to read the French menu.

Love your blog and I am a new follower. I hope that you will return to my blog often...
